The fact that every GoodLife fitness have super friendly staff except this one is super disappointing. They never greet or even notice you unless you don’t scan your fob . Specially the ginger girl, that will always be inside the staff room or wearing headphones while cleaning stuff. Same with the Indian lady, always avoiding contact with clients. Management teach them some manners!!

I have been a member of this gym with my daughter since 2011, and it was always a great environment—until the recent change in management. Since Heather’s departure, the overall quality and atmosphere have noticeably declined. The facility is no longer maintained to the same standard: equipment is often left scattered and disorganized, the gym appears unclean, and basic amenities like towels and water bottles are frequently not restocked. My first experience at the gym was awful. The lady at the reception Kasar was not at all welcoming to the new customer. She never smiled, spoke roughly , was rude and even switched off my machine while I was checking it. As a new member, I expected her to guide me politely, but instead, she was posing and acting with an attitude I couldn’t understand.
