I am very disappointed with this GoodLife Fitness location. Several gym machines have been broken for 6 months or longer, yet they remain unrepaired despite members continuing to pay full membership fees. The sauna has also been out of service for approximately 8 months, with no clear communication or timeline for repairs. Amenities like the sauna are part of what members are paying for, and it is frustrating to see them unavailable for such a long period. Its been few months and men’s sauna is still out of service which is very frustrating and they want to charge you every bi week but still not repairing things for so many months
