Zack at GoodLife was amazing! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. He took the time to listen to my goals and made the whole conversation feel easy and encouraging(He is very funny also ! ) I really appreciated how supportive and professional he was. I had my gym orientation today and all thanks to Zack ,he did an amazing job. He explained everything very clearly and made sure I understood how to use the equipment properly and safely. As a beginner, I was a little nervous, but his friendly attitude, patience, and professionalism made me feel very comfortable.
