The gym facilities themselves are fantastic—definitely a 5-star workout environment. However, the check-in process was a bit ridiculous. I came in specifically to buy a membership and asked to use the washroom while waiting for a representative. I was told I couldn't use the facilities until the membership was official. It was a pretty frustrating 'catch-22' for a new customer. That said, I’m glad I stuck with it because the gym is great, but the front desk policy could use some common sense.

Showers and change rooms had drain flies everywhere. This was march 12 2026. Poor hygiene

Hello I went to a yoga class at this gym with Ms. Concette as the teacher, and it was a really nice experience. She was professional, encouraging, and gave clear instructions. At the end, she even gave a small appreciation token to everyone, which was thoughtful. The class was relaxing and enjoyable, and I left feeling refreshed. Overall, a great session and I’d definitely recommend her classes. Thanks
