The gym is great and I like the overall atmosphere. The front desk staff especially Pranav does a fantastic job at making the environment more lively and uplifting!!!
Shenea is very heplful,she helps me with the proper equipments and the directions how to use them I had a great experience and enjoyed with her help ,she humble and respectful at the same time I had a lovely experience at this gym recommend everybody to go here

I agree with the other reviews. The condition of the mens change room has deteriorated. There are stains on the lockers, they've been there for years now, it can easily be wiped down. No one cleans the benches and the showers and bathroom is an utter mess. I go to other goodlife locations and this is by far the most unclean location. This is the only location that does not have someone that clean periodically. The location is smaller so you would think the upkeep would be simple
