Great team at Kingspoint. Gym is kept clean but would be great if the fitness room on the women’s side could be finally opened again since that large amount of rain. It has been closed for a while now and could be put to better use.

I took one personal section with Harmeet, he is the fitness manager in this facility. He just gave me a new perspective and valuable insights in that section. It was really worth it.

Fix the lights If you get Seizure this is the perfect gym the lights constantly flash on and off so if your benching and have a seizure you can just die

I had a disappointing experience at the Kingspoint GoodLife location. My cousins, visiting from another country, wanted a one-month membership. We were charged a joining fee, which I understood, but at the end of the month, we were unexpectedly charged an additional cancellation fee that was never explained upfront. In total, we paid over $300 for just one month—far too expensive for a gym that doesn’t offer luxury facilities or even a pool. The staff failed to clearly communicate all the fees, which was very frustrating.
