Hardeep was professional and helpful, I had a greater experience with customer service than i ever had, the employee who brought it me to him was also really helpful.
Women section is always a mess. It’s already a small area and every time I come the dumbbells are never re- racked. I saw dumbbells out place and after two days I found the exact dumbbells at the same place. Nobody cares about the machines or check whether they are working or not. Coming on to the mess the machines or mats are never sanitized. There are times when there’s no paper to clean or sanitize.
I always have a great experience here. The women’s section is great here and the gym is always clean and organized. The staff is amazing and always super friendly and go out of their way to help with any problems. Would definitely recommend the location to everyone!

I had a deeply unpleasant experience at this gym due to highly unprofessional and racist behavior from personal trainer (Shane Browne). While I was rushing to my class, he publicly made fun of me using my ethnicity in front of the front desk staff. Everyone present, including him, laughed loudly and continued laughing even after I had walked away. He humiliated me in a way that made me feel truly awful.
