It was an amazing day I just signed up. The people were superb, amazing and helpful in planning out my routine and was able to match my needs. They also had the option to just sign up straight away. I got an Ultimate Package and signed up for a personal trainer starting packet with it. I haven’t started the gym fully yet so I can’t say much about the machines and amenities yet or the Groups but just form the look of things and the people helping me it seems like a good gym. No hot tub and no cold plunge. The front desk is very unreliable I asked them to reschedule my personal training session for Sunday. And the front desk never sent a message to my trainer. I then called them and they told that it’s not a big deal I can reschedule it. And then. I get notified that I can’t reschedule it. Horrible staff. Edit: I give this 4 stars because the owner is very understanding and a great guy and he solved the problem.
