This place going down everyday most of the machines are broken and haven’t been fixed for more than a month. I try calling head office but no action been taken. You will loose customer for sure if you dont do anything
No air to breathe in the summer. Dirty washrooms and showers. Filthy swimming pool. Waiting to see how soon this place will shut down under quarantine.
Most of the staff are friendly here but can’t stand the bad vibes I get from that one Asian guy.. Learn to smile and stop being a hater. Also can you guys fix your A/C it’s way way too hot. UPDATE.. it’s been over a month since I wrote this comment. Came here for 10 minutes today and by far the most trash gym in Brampton. How do you charge so much for a pass but can’t even fix the A/C. Now I see why it’s in the basement feels like HELL
Been a GoodLife member since 2010. Been to almost all Goodlifes in Ontario and Manitoba. This is by far the worst, no paper towels in multiple stations. Body odour throughout. Broken machines. Nobody is cleaning after their machine use. My skin color is brown but this is insulting to all brown people and is the reason there is systemic racism
Chill environment for sure. And not just cuz it’s underground. Friendly staff, great vibe overall and I’ve been to many of the gyms in the area. Only thing that could use some work is the fact that equipment is left everywhere since there aren’t too many places to leave the extra stuff. So it’s all over the floor majority of the time. Could use some more handles too. (Basic ones)
