So at the Ancaster GoodLife, if you do not fit the status quote of what Lancaster residence think you should look like they make false complaints about you to the general manager at that location and instead of verifying through camera evidence she pulls you into the office as if you’re a two-year-old and questions you after I’ve been a member of GoodLife for four years then going to the Stone Church location for three years and six months without a problem, but six months being into the GoodLife Ancaster all of a sudden now... read more

I no longer feel comfortable going to this gym due to the rude, condescending and inconsiderate attitude of the ASSISTANT MANAGER TROY JONES. After TROY approached me and made me extremely uncomfortable for sitting at a table in the gym, I left immediately and went to the Stone Church location where the staff were way more friendly and welcoming, and where the gym had FIVE TABLES and the members have a place to sit at the tables for their own personal use.
