Was a member here years ago and recently came back. Still one of the nicest gyms I’ve been to. Very clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
GoodLife Ancaster is the definition of false advertising. The sign on the door proudly says “Open 24 Hours,” yet when I finished my workout at 10 PM and stepped out to grab my bag from the car, I was denied re-entry to shower. I explained clearly: I just needed ten minutes and, importantly, I would have been inside at that exact time anyway had I simply kept my belongings in a locker.
