Thank you for your response. I want to clarify that my concern is not with the security protocols themselves, but rather with the inconsistency in procedures across different locations. It’s confusing and frustrating when one GoodLife location accepts a digital ID while another insists on a physical government-issued one. Additionally, the customer service experience at the front desk varies significantly between facilities. I’ve been a loyal GoodLife member for over a decade, but my recent experience at the Ravenscroft location has left me extremely disappointed. GoodLife is a corporate-owned chain, so it’s reasonable to expect consistency across all locations—unfortunately, that is not the case here. I recently had a family member visiting from the UK. We had no issues getting him a guest pass at the Bullock location—he simply showed his ID on his phone (he doesn’t carry his passport everywhere) and paid the $25 guest fee.
