I was able to do small group training with Rebecca and the price was very reasonable. Rebecca the personal trainer showed patience and understanding with all her students. If you are joining a gym for the first time like myself I will highly recommend her. Ps. The atmosphere in the gym is very friendly.

Personal Training, my trainer was Ryan. Have done 3 sessions with him already. He was amazing, extremely accommodating, especially with me having to move or cancel appointments because of life events. He has really gotten me in the zone to help me with my fitness goals for the future. He is friendly, kind, supportive, a great cheerleader for you to improve your fitness. Every session is well-structured and personalized — focusing on strength, form, and overall progress. My partner had there items stolen straight from a locked locker and the gym manager does not have the audacity to follow up, call back or even look into the matter. This happened on a weekday when the gym was literally empty. Im pretty sure someone can look at the surveillance to figure out who left between a certain time. Very disappointed.
