Amazing gym, awesome staffs
Horrible customer service
Staff are very unwelcoming. Most just pretend that they don’t notice you when you walk in to scan the barcode. Very unfriendly, specifically this one black tall worker who never says hi when you see him when he’s working the front desk. Staff need to be retrained for basic customer service skills….
Terrible customer service my first issue is when I wanted a tour at the gym and then the lady working there’s kept pressuring me to sigh up right then and their even though I told her I want time to think about it. But she kept trying to say how signing up online is bad and the offer won’t last so sigh up now. Which was annoying but it’s wtv. Fast forward a few monthes and this just really pissed me off because me and my dad SHOULD BE under a family plan and the person I spoke to when we signed up said I have access to regio... read more
It sucks that they have a great teen program but they won't help you register for it. Online registration form wasn't working and there was no way to get help for it. I guess customer service doesn't matter here.
