mary is extremely unhelpful and rude making a simple task of receiving immunization records for a child an impossible task do yourself a favor and just hang up if you reach MARY because she will certainly have no problem just hanging up on you ! have a better day mary
Whomever was working the front desk on 7/5 deserves to be fired. Extremely rude, left on hold for an absurd amount of time, hung up on us twice. Thanks to this experience we’ll be looking for a new pediatrician. I need a practice where my sick child can actually be seen on a Saturday.

Dr Patterson is wonderful in her own right, and certainly doesn’t need any praise from me. But she is truly one of the best doctors I have encountered in life. She is so caring and respects parent wishes and remembers everything about your child. I feel so fortunate for my son’s sake that we found her he has been her patient all 10 years of his life and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
