We love Goodlettsville Pediatrics. They are terrific with my special needs child, and my other child. Always fit us in when a kiddo is sick, they answer messages on the online portal, refer our kids to specialists, and always kind to us when we have well visits. All these other complaints seem to be over tired or exhausted parents writing like Karens on here, and we also have to keep in mind a Pediatrician office has human beings as well. We are all human. Be nice.
People at the front desk are super great i used to go here myself growing up but now This is not a good place to take your baby !! They give them a unruley amount of shots in a short period of time (will kick you out of their services for declining shots) they have absolutely no concern for children whatsoever i am a young mom and when i came to his doctors for help about stuff that concerned me i always ended up having to figure it out myself because they are no use🤦♀️!!!
