Goodletson Management is a terrible Landlord. James and his son Colin are disrespectful and unprofessional. They are unable to communicate timely or follow through on any repairs or promises made. The complexes at Humboldt Rd are infested with cockroaches, which they do not advise when you move in. RecommendedMy wife and i resided at several different properties managed by this company over the course of four years before we finally took the leap to a single family home. We were always treated with respect and dignity from this company. Would highly recommend.
Nothing can be said that has not already been said about Goodletson Management, LLC. They are not a reputable or accountable management company. I would not recommend moving into any of their properties. Run, don’t walk, away from these properties unmanaged by Mr. Goodletson.
Families contacted me about gross mismanagement of this company. I helped them call company's office for more than 3 months, unfortunately, there is no courtesy shown to honor with even maintenance requests. These families are seeking for legal assistance to get their grievances addressed. The other inhumane thing is that these tents were not given the address of the company's office instead, they are required by the company to direct monthly rents to a P.O BOX!.
These people are terrible managers of apartments. The phone never gets answered and if you leave a message you are lucky to get one call back a year. I had mold growing in my apartment, people called about mouse complaints, I called about broken items in the apartment and after a while of having messages unreturned, I finally stopped trying. I would even leave notes in the envelope when I sent my rent check about questions involving my lease or having someone move in. The check would get cashed but I wouldn't hear anything f... read more
I am so pissed off!! We have been complaining about our stove for about a month now!! They had someone come & look at our first one we had! He said we need a new one! So what does our landlord (Goodletson Management LLC) do!! They take one out of a empty apartment from the building next to us! Well this one is worse then the first one we had! i have noting but good things to say about my apt, building and management. i love it here. pay your rent, don't brake stuff, and be nice. you will be part of this great community. if you see negative reviews. they never use their full name. they are ashamed by the lies they tell. i am proud to use my full name when i tell you the truth. these apartments are awesome. staber burr, i live in the PARC. on moraine way. management is great and i do not have one complaint since i moved here a year ago.
