Service is good (cleaner lady is chill and hosts were responsive, informative and helpful) but the room is subpar at best, toilets were small/leaky and they provided 3-in-1 shampoo conditioner bodywash. Curtain was half broken, and a few lipstick stains on wall and switches, and sheets had a few stains. Did have a minifridge tho!! Decent tables and storage

Goodlet lodge is a very small hotel in Surry hills, about a 5 minute walk from Sydney central station, it's not a noisy place considering it's proximity to the centre of the CBD. The rooms are a little cramped but sufficient for a couple and despite having clientele that have been placed there by housing NSW as temporary accommodations, I had a very pleasant stay and didn't see or hear any unruly or disturbing behavior by anyone.
