The HOA here is a joke, for started i have a alley facing garage and like most major cities I figured keep my tash can there (don't want it in the garage to not attract animals and insects, and don't want it in my yard to have bugs all over or ruin my lawn) apparently that is an issue, can't use the trash bin storage shed which makes sense and can be kept on my fence but nope.
