Called to have an appliance installed and their first response was we usually only install what we sell. You are an appliance repair shop too, do you only repair what you sell? Maybe they should hire someone new to answer their phones. Does anybody want to work anymore these days?? I'll never recommend them. Try to give a small business my work and they're not interested. What a shame....
Sells American made with excellent service requirements
We have a contract with a home appliance warranty company who contracted Goodies for our dryer repair. Initially, it was great!! The serviceman came to our home on 1/26. He seemed knowledgeable of our issue but was struggling to fix it. He again came back on the 27th and again on the 28th and was still unable to repair. He took the broken part of our dryer and said he was going to repair it at the shop and return again on the 29th or 30th. It is now 2/15/2021 and we've heard NOTHING. Will never have anything to do with them. Bad service man, took my clothes dryer haven't heard from them since.
