Good but not very honest. I was first told I needed to have work done that was just done a couple months ago at another shop, and then told that my vehicle would be ready by the end of the day. I had planned my day around working from home due to this, but was then told it wouldn't be ready until the end of the next day. This cause me to have to take several Ubers to meetings in Nashville and then back to Hendersonville to get my car. They explain the issues and provide detailed descriptions and cost expectations. They let me know what is vital to fix for safety reasons and what items can wait. I had a simplevoil change that kept me from rolling around under my truck. And I had an issue with a check engine light, the cruise control not working and a 12 volt plug that had power, suddenly not working, as well. When I picked up my truck, all of those issues were resolved. Their work was efficient and all the personnel I encountered were pleasant and respectful.
Easy to make an appointment. They check in to ensure you're able to come in. I had to get car towed and they showed empathy and said to bring it on. Throughout the entire process, they kept me abreast of what was happening with my vehicle. Will recommend them. It was my first time and a good friend referred me!
