The installation of my battery went very well with Goodhew. The workmanship in the installation was first class, and the equipment came with excellent software which has made it very easy to manage. The company gave very useful technical service during the start -up and after receiving my first bill from Origin I am on the way to making the savings I expected.
Goodhew Solar carried out a fantastic job on my solar. I had to get my roof restored, and therefore had to get my 13 year old existing 5kW system removed. They carried this out in one day, installing all the new bracketry and cables for the new system. JMZ roof restorations then replaced over 70 broken tiles and refurbished the roof. Goodhew worked in extremely well with the roofing company, and then returned two weeks post roof restoration to complete the 15kW Solar and 40kW Battery installation. Goodhew is one of the best businesses we have dealt with. Service is fantastic and staff amazing in explaining everything in detail. We had a solar battery installed. We were kept up to date with arrival dates regularly. After service is great.
Noticed that our 12yr old inverter did not seem to be working as it should back in November 25. It actually died two weeks ago so luckily I was already waiting for our new system to be installed by Goodhew. It was replaced yesterday by a team from Goodhew Electrical and I can't fault these guys. Matt, Brandon, Brodie and Dylan were extremely professional and worked as a great team all day to have it switched on at 4pm. I've had my Goodhew solar system for 13 years and have been very happy with the after sales service right through. Just had Tom out to check my system and he was very helpful. Highly recommend.My two adult kids went with the cheapest for their solar systems and now regret it as they wont come back.Will be looking at a battery and system upgrade in a year or so so Goodhew will be my first call. No I'm not related.
