If you love your family member DO NOT USE this company. We had them pick up my brother for a hospitol transfer and they treated him so poorly. They EMT that did the transporting was upset they had to take him all the way 13 whole miles. My brother who is very sick did not need to be treated so poorly. And to top it off I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and they would not transfer me and hung up twice. The 3rd time the supervisor hung up on me.
