Very helpful and professional company, friendly and even cleaned my wall down where the valve erupted, also set my clock which was really helpful..highly recommend!
Cannot rate this company highly enough. Incredibly responsive. Turn up when scheduled which is rare these days! Source parts quickly and efficiently and bend over backwards to help when looking for bits for very old boilers. Life savers!
WOW. I phoned Goodhearts Friday afternoon for a quotation to install my new gas hob, he said " a gas engineer will pop up on his way home to give me a fixed quotation. He only installed as well that same evening leaving around 6ish. Brilliant work all the copper pipes are in nice straight lines.
This is the third time using Goodheart since moving into the area 14 months ago, the first two jobs were just the annual boiler service and installing an outside tap, both of which were great. This last job was five days replacing all our radiators with new ones in different locations, involving a lot of plumbing work in a 15th century home. Wayne, Finn & Justin were brilliant and did a really fantastic job.
Since finding this company for my boiler service ,will be using them for My yearly service. The knowledge of their engineers is second to none.
