Disgusting!!! Answer from management " people bring rodents to our facility". Not only did they refuse to compensate me for anything their headquarters never bothered to follow up either. Ed was very helpful and knowledgeable today as I set up a new storage unit. He was very kind and respectful. I am looking forward to seeing him in the office should I need help, he was extremely welcoming with all of my questions and concerns!

It was very easy. It was wonderful to work with as was his assistant. My only complaint is in the future. I would book directly with the storage unit as the third-party gave poor information.
