Les représentants sont venus voir mon plancher de venyl clic dans ma maison neuve dont le plancher a été installé sur les 3 étages. Le plancher devait supposément être en mesure d’être installé sur des plancher radiant mais celui-ci a brisé à plusieurs endroits après la première hivers, il a decliqué. Apres leurs visites ils ont conclut que l’installation avait été mal fait afin de se libérer de toutes responsabilités, le plancher avait été installé par des professionnels qui font que de la construction neuve.
