They have vegan cheese which, for someone with alpha-gal syndrome is a huge plus. The grilled octopus appetizer was delicious with the roasted peppers, olives and arugula-salad greens with a balsamic vinegar drizzle. Pizza was cooked perfectly. It was thin enough to be folded, yet was still crispy in all the right places. Not soggy at all. They kept it warm for me while I went to pick it up in a small oven Had the regular pie and tje tuscan sausage one. Delicious.
