What an awful experience! The doctor arrived ten minutes after I did, and it took 45 minutes to be called back to the room. I was basically ignored after the receptionist did the technician’s job, asked questions I’d already answered on their forms, and cracked jokes about drinking, all the while i could hear the doctor booking an airplane flight for himself. Another 20 mins and finally the receptionist reminds him I’m there. He talked to her about me in front of me, didn’t introduce himself, and then tells me to move rooms.... read more

Beware, they will charge you more money months later. I went to the eye dr along with my mom. I was a cash patient and was told I would get a cash discount. I paid my bill at the end of my appointment. 6 months later, I was told I owed another $110, even after I told the woman I paid cash that day of my visit and it was a discounted price. She didn't care, I was told I owed it. Now, a year and a half later, my mom who has insurance and paid a balance as well, receiver received a phone call saying she owed over $200.
