Gooder has very caring designer that look into details, the product is high quality, and the look is seamless. I ran into a problem that the cabinet is not what we want, and we can't entirely blame on anyone due to glitch. Isabel takes care of it for us. It is great experience! Isabel also spot that Wolf had a new ADA dishwasher that is what we want only at beginning of 2025. I worked with Mo on our bathroom remodels. Mo did a great job going over our options, iterating on our designs and promptly responding to and taking care of all of our post-order and post-install needs. If you’re looking for high quality bathroom vanities and other plumbing fixtures with excellent customer service I highly recommend checking out Gooder.
I had a great experience shopping at Gooder! The main reason is because of Ava — she’s an amazing salesperson. She’s never pushy and always gives honest recommendations, like a friend. Even when I didn’t end up buying something, she was still warm and friendly. The prices are also fantastic — probably the best in the Bay Area — and the after-sales service is excellent. Whenever I had a problem, they went above and beyond to help me solve it. Overall, I highly recommend Gooder and especially Ava!
Gooder is a good place for high end cabinets and faucets. I designed my vanity with them and purchased faucets from them. Mo was my designer and helped a lot along the way. We designed the vanity and countertop in simple but classic fashion - they use great material and deliver on time. Their price is not cheap but service and quality is great. Stay away from this place. Period. We ordered expensive faucets from here based on recommendation from GC. HUGE mistake. My sales rep never took calls, only reply emails after avg 5 days and all she sent was invoice. Worst customer service I have ever experienced for a while. As a result, we only ordered 1 faucet for a double vanity which is the first mistake; then I opened box after months since my initial payment only to see the wrong faucet was ordered.
