A 8km drive in quit bumpy and gravel track in. Great picnic spot. Lots of birds . The walk in to the forest is wonderful. The track has many tree roots so be careful. Maybe be aware of falling trees as there was very large tree top that had flattened the forest over the creek. A great rain forest walk.
This walk was very beautiful 😍. But be aware there are ticks there. If you are the person that attracts all the mosquitos and fleas you will get a tick. I got a paralysis tick and luckily I found it quickly. Cover up and spray yourself with deet to help ward them off. Also if you are using google maps do not use any of the fire trails it might suggest.
