Formed in 1990 after purchasing Gooden's Concrete Finishing. We combined some highly skilled concrete professionals with our manufactured home, site work and carpentry experts. Many of our original employees are still with us today. The value we provide our customers from our knowledge and experience on over 2000 projects is immeasurable. Our office is staffed for easy access and quick answers. Our office manager is very experienced in working with the lenders and escrow companies.

We used Gooden and Harrison for our Manufactured Home install on a piece of undeveloped property. Overall, our experience was beyond my expectations. There were some speedbumps here and there and some timelines proved hard to keep but when it came down to it, they were very communicative and honest. Something that stuck out to me was when their sub-contractors came in at a lower cost (excavation and electrical) than expected on certain parts of the project they let me know about it rather than just pocket the difference like... read more
My husband and I are extremely pleased with the work of Ryan and his crew. They demolished an old manufactured home on our lot, prepped the site for our new home, handled all the permitting with the county and made us a great covered patio. What an awesome group that provides quality work from start to finish. Super happy with everything!!
