However, then when you realize that he is fudging the building plans so that the building has multiple flaws and not paying his employees, it's too late and he slaps you a bill that is way, WAY over-budget. This man is very deceiving and he knows how to work the system in his favor for huge profits. This man is a nightmare, avoid him and his company at all costs.
