Worst General Contractor/Architect EVER Comes off as charismatic and professional. However, then when you realize that he is fudging the building plans so that the building has multiple flaws and not paying his employees, it's too late and he slaps you a bill that is way, WAY over-budget. This man is very deceiving and he knows how to work the system in his favor for huge profits. This man is a nightmare, avoid him and his company at all costs.
