Purchased roof bars (green valley for flush rails)some time ago,which by the way are perfect,fits and looks great,after winter storage loose one of rubber pad which prevent feet from scratching and sliding on rails,Simon sorted replacement on spot ,arrived next day,what a great customer service can't expect more. I purchased a Tree Frog ski rack late at night, and received a notification shortly after 8am to say it had been dispatched. I had an urgent deadline to get the item as I was travelling the day after it was due, so was very mindful of the stated delivery times. Excellent service from this company. I rang for some information on a bike carrier as the model was recently introduced to UK. Phone answered on 2nd ring by a man who knew the product and gave a good summary of it. He didn’t talk down to me ( older, female) so hooray! Also said I could return it if it wasn’t right.
