Ordered Thule roof rack & box spare parts. Great customer service, they called me the next day to tell me that I don't require a change key and that it comes with the new lock set and they would refund me. Amazing advise and timely delivery with all ariving in great condition. Highly recommend and will be using again
Purchased roof bars (green valley for flush rails)some time ago,which by the way are perfect,fits and looks great,after winter storage loose one of rubber pad which prevent feet from scratching and sliding on rails,Simon sorted replacement on spot ,arrived next day,what a great customer service can't expect more.
