I had them come out to look at a job I need done. Person showed promptly as scheduled and reviewed. Seemed very professional. We agreed on a plan of action and he said he’d take the paperwork back and I’d receive and estimate by email. 4 days later I followed and was told it would get sent out. Long story short, over 3 weeks I called 4 times and was told every time how strange that was and they would pass along to the person who sends those out. I can’t even get them to show up. I was told they’d be here between 3-5, then 4-5, and after calling them at 5:00 on a Friday was told the owner Ashley must have overbooked, they’ll be here Saturday. Now I have to spend my weekend waiting. Very unprofessional

My experience with Goode Brothers is as follows... I accepted the quote for fascia, gutters and shingle replacement, and set an appointment for the following Wednesday for the crew to arrive and begin work. On that Wednesday no one had shown up by noon and I gave them a call and was told that they would be out later in the day. No one came out. I called the next day around noon and was told that they would be out by 3:30 p.m. They called at 3 pm and said that they were running late and would be out around 5:30. Again, no one... read more

The crew came early and got right to work. They were very efficient, professional and organized. It was a great experience from start to finish.
