I'm not sure where Goode Bro.s gets their techs, or if they train in house, I had heat pump installed, those guys were excellent. Just had my first maintenance done, the tech, Brian, was very knowledgeable and personable, great guy, my biggest take away was how thorough he has. Would highly recommend Goode Bro.s, and have.
Brian did a really good job for me. Pleasant, kept me informed, and showed the parts that were damaged by a power surge and explained. I highly recommend Goode Brothers.
Brian came to my house today & diagnosed my A/C-heater problem. It turned out the thermostat was not working. He replaced it and explained everything he was doing as well as answering all my questions. He completely checked the inside & outside units for further problems. He gave me some helpful maintenance tips & cleaned everything up. He did a great job today & I would highly recommend him for your repair jobs! We are long-term customers of Goode Brothers & appreciate their services.
