Same Day Delievery. Good priced mattress. Reasonable delievery fee. The young lady manning the store was very nice. Made sure I tried the product and was happy and comfortable. The delievery driver seemed like a nice fella. Thank You.

This women Jenny and that driver is scammer. I choose one mattress and they sent me smthing else. When I went to ask her she tried ignoring me and her driver was trying to be physical with my husband while I was pregnant feeling miserable in that store. I called the cops due to such a rude and aggressive behaviour of that guy. She agreed to exchange the mattress with the right one when the police arrive but next day she messaged me saying she can’t exchange it and it’s my problem so I sud organise delivery myself. This mattress is uncomfortable and low-quality. Using it caused severe lower back pain and discomfort. The customer service, especially from Jenny, was rude and unhelpful. They didn't solve any of my purchase issues. Overall, my experience with this mattress and the customer service was extremely negative.
