Had a terrible experience at this specific establishment. The customer service was exceptionally disgusting. The "Owner" blatantly ignored us and when we asked for help, he said "what do you want" When I called to report what had happened, the manager then proceeded to say "i heard him tell you he was making pasta" which was a lie.
