I met with Kristin about 5 months ppd and she was amazing to work with. She was a wealth of knowledge ready to educate me and not just tell me what to do. All of the exercises she gave me to help were easy things I could do at home, and I trusted in the process. Kristin was available anytime for questions and got back to me in a timely manner. Highly recommend. Highly helpful.
I saw Kristin Lohnes for pelvic floor physical therapy. She was amazing and really helped me! She is knowledgeable and efficient. I only had to meet with her a couple of times before I started feeling better. Don't continue to suffer! See Kristin!
