Problem w my steering on Scout 251XS. Dropped it by Goodbys. They said I needed a new or rebuilt helm. I paid for rebuilt helm among other fix-up items (new batteries, etc). Boat had same problem when I picked it up. Not fixed at all. Then they quoted me $2,621.00 for reapir, which included a NEW HELM. I had just paid for a rebuilt helm. I lost confidence.
