I am so happy I have found this gym! There is a good mix of classes. Everyone I have met has been so welcoming. Gabby has been great in supporting me with my postpartum recovery by providing modifications/suggestions. Im very grateful that I can bring my baby to class while I get a workout in! Thank you so much Gabby and team!

This is a great women’s only gym. I really like how they have early classes (5:30am) so that I can squeeze in a workout before work and other commitments. They have other good availability for classes as well (morning, midday, evening, weekend). All of the instructors are very nice and welcoming. Also, the space is welcoming for moms, sometimes there are babies and toddlers waiting to the side. I appreciate the extra events planned to help develop community as well.
Love the classes, so many different classes to choose from. The instructors are fun and supportive. The booking system super easy to use. I'm so glad my sister made me sign-up for the free class. Try it!
