Shoddy work for sure. Bathroom fan not even supported. Kitchen sink FELL down! Discovered NO support at all. List goes on.
Built a house in AL with them. Low quality experience. They even told me our framers were inexperienced. We and many others in our neighborhood have had to have multiple things replaced or repaired within the first few years. With only a year warranty through them, that only caught a few things. We're talking extensive mold issues, nails in pipes, AC unit problems, appliance issues, etc. I would advise going with another builder.
