We consulted with Goodall several times while we were in the home building phase. They offer a limited series of homes, all designed to be cost efficient during construction, thus cookie cutter. If you are looking for a custom home, this is not the builder for you. If, however, you want a decent quality construction with value in mind from a company that has integrity and fair pricing, then I would recommend them to you.
