Had an appointment at 11:15 and wasn’t seen till twelve. I arrived early and was still seen late. I can understand delays but a patient who arrived after me was seen before me because no names are called out. You have a system with your patients name and appointment times for a reason. Plus you’ve got a sign saying seen according to appointment times… clearly not. No apology or anything and inconsiderate of people times

No concept of time, or seeing patients anywhere close to the appointment time. Has happened on three consecutive visits, so now looking for a new dentist.
A great experience I wanted an upper denture and decided to go private. The whole process was clear and pleasant. The staff are helpful and explain everything. I will certainly keep this as my dentist
Absolutely brilliant Dentists, I suffer with mental health issues and the Dental Nurses and Dentist made me feel very relaxed. Very thorough checking teeth, I had a top back tooth removed today and it was the fastest tooth I've ever had took out with no hassle. I cannot thank them enough. I'm going back in a few months to have some denture work. Without any doubt I would recommend 100%
