I did some research on spray foam, enough to know it was not worth my time to do it myself, although I am perfectly capable. I found 2 Rochester area companies I wanted to talk to, neither were the Big names you always hear about. I made some calls and soon talked to Josh Goodale (part owner) and the owner of the other company out of the Bloomfield area.
