To whom it may concern. I made 2 orders from this outfit.Over a $1000 worth of orders.And I have not heard a peep from them for about six months. I have phoned and I have emailed and they will not respond. Save your money do not buy a thing from these crock. Neil MacNicol.
Ordered a few items in December of 2023, had some brief correspondence with them since some items were out of stock. I followed up to check in a month later and have not received a reply since. It has now been 5 months without a reply. The phone line is an automated message saying 'please email us' and when I do there's no reply. Seems like a fraudulent site at this point. STAY AWAY
The service was really good in the beginning. I have been waiting for supplies since Nov 10, 2023 Have emailed numerous times and still have not received a reply. :-(
FRAUDULENT COMPANY. They are taking order for stock and then claiming backorders and you can no longer dispute charges because the deadline is past. They won't call you or email you back they simply take your money. TOTAL FRAUD online store DO NOT SHOP HERE
NOT good at all !! We ordered a grinder and a freeze dryer ($$$$) in January 2024. The confirmation email said delivery 4-6 weeks and our payment was processed right away. After 6 weeks we inquired about delivery and heard nothing back. Phone number could not be found on the website anymore and 4 follow up emails stayed unanswered. At the end of April 2024 we went to warehouse address given on website and they are not there! Called VISA to dispute payment and luckily got our money back. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!
