I got excellent service today when I brought in my computer in the early afternoon. George said he'd do a diagnostic to assess my issues, and before I got home, he called me and told me what needed to be done. And then three hours later, he sent me a message that it was ready for pick-up! Plus he showed me how to do some things on the computer when I came to pick it up. The MacBook Pro started to turn on and reboot itself. I went to Apple Service, they ran a diagnostic and offered to fix it for $700. but I decided to go with the Good Zone and they told me that Apple was cheating so I could save money for repairs and the board could easily be repaired and the fans cleaned.
