My husband schedule an appointment for my husband, was looking to schedule one for my self as well. He handed me the phone. Couldn’t cause of availability. The scheduler just hung up the phone. NO PHONE ETIQUETTE AT ALL. SHE IS COMPLETELY RUDE! DIDN’T EVEN SAY BYE!
