All I can say is that you don’t often meet decent and honest people like Steve, the manager at Tire Choice. He went above and beyond to help our family during a very difficult situation while we were traveling. Steve and his team jumped in immediately to resolve the issue and made our safety their top priority. He stayed in constant communication with us throughout the entire process. We are truly grateful for his kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Steve and the Tire Choice team — you're the best!

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS BUSINESS ZERO STARS. THEY TELL YOU A LOW PRICE ON THE PHONE, THEN WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE, THEY GIVE YOU ANOTHER PRICE. THE OWNER JOHN WAS VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE. AFTER TELLING PEOPLE ABOUT HIM, EVERYONE HAD SOMETHING NEGATIVE TO SAY ABOUT HIM. HE PISSED ME OFF BEING RUDE AND IGNORANT.
You're a tire shop; I would stick to that. Not the 1st time I've been disappointed here, but it will be my last. You would generate better relations with every customer if you were thorough, honest, and informative. I thought my CV axle was going out, you purchased the part based off my assumption. Quoted me $450 for the replacement, was told $481 when I came to pick up, then my card was run for $498. Not one phone call during that process. Recently needed four new tires and purchase a set of 4 Cooper tires for my truck . The service was excellent and am very happy with the friendliness of the staff and the manner i was helped . I truly felt like a trusted customer . Thank You Jamie
Zero stars!Liars,cheats, and all around not good people at all. Gus is basically the most unfriendly and not helpful person. Got a top of the line high end vehicle 4 wheel alignment Groupon and he refused to HONOR IT. cheats! Stay away ….oh and my husband is black so maybe it had to do with that! Total jerks! No integrity 😡
Worst service I've ever had in my life the owner was rude kept cussing in my face all because I asked for a used 15" tire or a tube. Never in 30 years have I seen a owner of a company treat a customer so bad

RIP OFF- BEWARE They advertise free alignment with tire purchase and then charge for the alignment- they refuse to credit the account. Same for the brake work, charged to inspect the brakes and then worked on the brakes, that should have been free inspection. STAY AWAY FRAUD!!!!
