The guys are so helpful and very knowledgeable I highly recommend their services
I went in to get my tire fixed, and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The staff member had a serious lack of customer service, being rude and dismissive right from the start. It felt like he was upset because I insisted on just fixing the puncture instead of purchasing a new tire. I could sense his frustration, and the service was rushed and unprofessional. This month took my car in to get shocks and struts. They told me in a written estimate that I needed front brake pads and front rotors. I was upset because 2 weeks from that estimate I had just got new front rotors and pads from different shop. So who's lying? A friend said it's easy to tell let's take off the tires. Brand new pads and rotors looked new, rust and smooth as can be. I will never trust this pinole so again.
Store hours wrong
GREAT SERVACE. my only gripe is the front counter girl referring to me as "its always the dirty ones", because I was looking in her direction. keep in mind I just got off of work. I havent seen her since. I take it the unnecessary charges that other customers had issues with, were the results of other bad hires at this vicinity as well. Maybe get hires with better backgrounds
