I came in the middle of a road trip after my engine light came on. They checked my car out even though they were 20 minutes to closing and got it straightened out. I don’t know what I would’ve done without them! Thank you Good Year!
We got something in our tire on our trip to California we called and explained it was an emergency, there was fifteen minutes before they closed, we explained how we truly needed help. The guy said sorry we close soon. Disappointed! We went to Jesse’s tires down the way and he had a new tire on in less than 10 mins!
We needed a tire patch and they were super quick. They got us in and out in a few minutes. Really appreciate their help!
Don't know what's going on with this store. Twice I visited in person to talk to the same person behind the counter. I ordered four Michelin tires. Twice I was told they would be delivered in a couple days and twice this did not happen. How does this store stay in business with customer service that's this poor. It's a 2200 dollar purchase and they just aren't interested. Don't believe their promises; they think nothing of breaking promises.
