We needed a tire patch and they were super quick. They got us in and out in a few minutes. Really appreciate their help!
Don't know what's going on with this store. Twice I visited in person to talk to the same person behind the counter. I ordered four Michelin tires. Twice I was told they would be delivered in a couple days and twice this did not happen. How does this store stay in business with customer service that's this poor. It's a 2200 dollar purchase and they just aren't interested. Don't believe their promises; they think nothing of breaking promises.
Total hacks! Ripping off travelers and senior citizens. Be aware!! My travel trailer needed tires on a road trip. Walked in and explained what I wanted. I gave them all the information, tire pressures, I wanted them balanced too. When they were done I went out to drive off and noticed no valve stem caps on all 3 tires(I paid for new stems and caps).
