Good morning, just wanted to say thank you for a job well done. I went to theses guys on Saturday expecting to get new tires. Behind the counter was Jose. Great guy great attitude. Jose informed me the tires I wanted were not available but he could have them by Monday 12pm. I was a little bummed but it is what it is. Also got let you know this isn't the 1st time I come here. Pace Tire Pros is an exceptional business!! I needed my tire pressure monitor light to be checked. The light was on again and I pitched the idea of a slow leak to the staff. Not only did they listen but I was greeted with genuine customer service from the moment I parked my vehicle on the lot. The Manager's professionalism and that of his staff is remarkable.
