I only stopped bringing my car here for service after moving out of London. The service was always great, prices fair, and the hours were convenient.
2nd update Nov 2025: came in for an oil change and to get the winter tires on, speedy service & good diagnostics -- 2 other items are coming due for replacement, but as always FT was willing to give me an honest assessment of the urgency (they're not pushy, which I appreciate.) BONUS POINTS: I was missing one of the license plate screws on the front of my vehicle, and forgot to mention it when I brought it in. FT caught it and popped a new screw in for me, free of charge... Amazing place to get tires, from their prices to their service to their customer care. I recommend them to anyone. We have bought 3 sets of tires here over the years and they are doing amazing. Top quality and top place for tires.
Another example of work that did not need to be done: received an estimate from Fountain Tire on Wonderland Rd for approx. $2000 of repair work. I made some some phone calls, first to the local Dealership where the car was originally purchased and I recieved a quote over the phone for the same work for $200 less and secondly to a reputable car repair shop and they quoted $400 less.
