I have called 2 times to get a price on some simple fixes and I have had nothing but rudeness, the customer service is terrible. Prices aren’t the best either, -2 star review. Do better.
OUTSTANDING SERVICE, QUALITY & ATTENTION TO DETAIL IN ALL ASPECTS OF THEIR BUSINESS. I had 3 Autos that they serviced for about 30 years before they moved to Monroe. I have 2 autos that I take to Monroe from Woodinville to service now + one of my adult children’s auto’s.That’s a LOT of service & I have NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH THE QUALITY/SPEED OF REPAIR OR THE PRICE OF THEIR WORK! GREAT,FRIENDLY STAFF TO WORK WITH! They have my HIGHEST RESPECT & PRAISE! Don Dawson.
Older guy behind the counter needs to retire nothing but grumpy and negative.
I have bought two sets for tires from her this year for my grand caravan and my Prius. It was half the price of other tire shops. They did great work and the staff is friendly. I will keep buying tires here as long as the price and service is good.
Left crush washer off oil pan bolt leaving spots all over the driveway. Asked for a price for fixing a timing chain cover gasket, never got back to me. Had two bad TPMS tire sensors, they said they were all good and then said one was bad. Failed to put sticker in window for next oil change or mileage when it was changed. 54 point safety check failed to list any low fluid levels.
