LIARS AND UNTRUSTWORTHY. DID WORK I ASKED NOT TO BE DONE .do NOT take your car here . they lie about the work that is needed on your car while giving the estimate. they said i needed my brakes flushed and they said my brand new caliper was leaking. after the estimate i said “do not work on my car i’m going to take it to get a second opinion” . the flushed my brakes anyway and said that since they did it i had to pay AND they were going to have to flush my brakes again to do the caliper at a later date . i paid and then immed... read more
Found this to be one of the more honest and straight shooting places in Richmond. I have a usual mechanic but lately they've been too busy and I decided to give this place a shot. Glad I did! I plan on becoming a regular for sure.
