Manager is uncaring and will try to take advantage. One month ago I got my tires balanced and aligned at this Goodyear. Today I went to get two new tires at another shop because there is a 6in gash in my tire, and they could not get the lug nuts off with hand crack or impact. My husband also could not get the lug nuts off. I called Goodyear to work this out with them since it seemed the bolts were on too tight. They denied that it could even be a possibility, and told me to come in and they would see IF they might be able to... read more
