Adam is a true professional! Very knowledgeable and offers great advice. Always available to discuss issues or concerns. Repairs are affordable and I never feel like he’s trying to upsell me. He’s the best!
I don’t work with cars, I don’t know sizes of tires. I asked a general question to the woman who answered the phone if she could help find a tire to fit my car and she kept interrupting me to say “you gotta tell me the size, I don’t care” when explaining the situation. Then corrected my grammar when I asked if she was down the street from where my car was towed. DO NOT do business here. Horrible customer service!
I like this place. They do Ct. State emissions testing here. The staff at the front desk run the place very well. I've always had good service here and the technicians have always helped me with "side" things, like getting air put in my tires on a given day, checking my tires or engine light icons coming on, on the spot. Lol if you want to get charged 6 tines the price come to Goodyear. Was told it would cost 45 plus tax for a valve stem replaced haha paid 7.50 at town fair how in the world does one valve stem cost 45 dollars
