I have a Mercedes E350 and I felt a really bad vibration in my steering wheel. I took it to Interstate to have it looked at and it turns out my wheels were bent. Luckily, they were able to find and replace all 4 of wheels the SAME day. I was surprised that everything was very affordable and didn't cost me an arm and a leg. These guys are amazing and Kay made sure I was able to drive back home without any worries. Their customer service is awesome and I will definitely be coming back for any vehicle related needs!
Rude customer service. I used to do business with this place but today I was treated poorly. Came with a flat tire and was basically ignored until I finally left to go somewhere else. No other customers were being helped. I guess the guy working thought other things were more important than the business I was bringing. Check the tapes. 7-7-25

This is my go to location for all kinds of vehicle needs. Service is always quick and on point. The crew here is always up to fix whatever challenge I bring them!
This is the only place I take my car for repairs. I had car trouble the night before and needed to get it fixed. Baker and the team took my car 10 minutes before their opening time. I needed some work and it took some labor to get it fixed. They kept me informed on the work progress and even offered me pizza during lunchtime.
