Had my suv serviced at 1254 s western on 6/2025 . The service first started off with an oil change.l also wanted them to find out why my suv wouldn’t start , I had just purchase a new battery. He looked into the problem and returned to me and said it was a wiring issue. Okay, I say repair it $495.00 to repair . Took the vehicle home still the same problem, I returned the vehicle , the service manager look at it AGAIN , he returned to me and said I needed a fuel pump . Okay i said repair it . This place is awesome, the staff is super helpful and kind. Any issue I have with my car they fix it no sweat, super quick service and trustworthy. You'd be crazy to go anywhere else in Chicago.
I have a Mercedes E350 and I felt a really bad vibration in my steering wheel. I took it to Interstate to have it looked at and it turns out my wheels were bent. Luckily, they were able to find and replace all 4 of wheels the SAME day. I was surprised that everything was very affordable and didn't cost me an arm and a leg. These guys are amazing and Kay made sure I was able to drive back home without any worries. Their customer service is awesome and I will definitely be coming back for any vehicle related needs!
Rude customer service. I used to do business with this place but today I was treated poorly. Came with a flat tire and was basically ignored until I finally left to go somewhere else. No other customers were being helped. I guess the guy working thought other things were more important than the business I was bringing. Check the tapes. 7-7-25
